Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in eligible locations.
• Tracking details will be shared via email once the order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Since our products are made-to-order, we accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received.
• Incorrect item delivered.
• Manufacturing defect.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@oomaa.in with order details and images.

We do not accept returns for size-related issues. Please refer to the size chart before placing an order.
