Founder Story

OOMAA was born from a simple realization — life should not only be successful, it should also be meaningful.

After spending many years in the corporate world, I began to reflect on what truly brings balance and clarity to life. That reflection eventually became the inspiration behind OOMAA.

Founder Journey

My journey began with a curiosity for learning.

I studied science with mathematics during my early education, later moved into commerce for my graduation, and eventually completed a master’s degree in computers. My professional life led me into the education sector where I worked for over fifteen years with a multinational company, eventually serving as a Business Development Manager in Mumbai.

During those years I gained valuable experience, met remarkable people, and learnt how organisations grow. But alongside my professional life, another journey was quietly unfolding — a journey of self-discovery.

The Inner Journey

Alongside my career, I continued exploring different areas of knowledge. I studied alternative healing, developed an interest in astrology, and began learning meditation.

These explorations were not about changing careers. They were about understanding life more deeply.

Over time, I realised that growth is not only external — through achievements and titles — but also internal, through reflection, learning, and connection with nature

The Turning Point

In 2021, after many years in corporate life, I decided to step away and give myself the space to slow down.

This period allowed me to reconnect with nature, spend time in gardening, practice meditation, and reflect on the direction I wanted my life to take.
